When will I receive my feedback?

1 Working Day Review

We will return your feedback within one working day if submitted to us before 4pm BST.

For example: if you submit an application to us at before 4pm on Monday, we will return this to you by midnight on Tuesday. If you submit this from 4pm onwards on Monday, we will return this to you by midnight on Wednesday.

5 working day review

We will return your feedback within five working days if submitted to us before 4pm BST.

For example: if you submit an application to us at before 4pm on Monday, we will return this to you by midnight on the following Monday. If you submit this from 4pm onwards on Monday, we will return this to you by midnight on the following Tuesday.
